This hedge fund came to us as they were preparing for a COO succession. Initially, they wanted an Executive Coaching program for the aspiring COO. The emphasis was on strengthening both him and the team in preparation for the change, building trust across existing and new relationships at the senior leader level, and designing a launch plan for his success. The coaching partnership evolved to include additional senior executives, with a focus on building common language and collaboration to help them navigate upcoming organizational changes.
